Allow me a moment to introduce myself. I am Wayne Janney of Janney Realty, the workhorse of the team that is here to serve all of your real estate needs.

I am experienced in construction consisting of single family home development to multi-family projects, and commercial work also. But I believe, to be the best, you have to focus on one specific thing. And the one thing I have been committed to for the past 12 years, has been the real estate industry. I strive on being the expert in my marketing area and have proven that by my track record of sales.

I enjoyed being the president of our local board of Realtors in 2001 and continue to serve as a director in the coming year, as I have for several years in the past. I am committed to my business and to the area growth. I don't just talk...I prove it with my actions.
